Title: Supervisor, Clinical - TEMP, FT Location: California-North State Service Area-Redding-Mercy Medical Center Redding Other Locations: null The Clinical Supervisor is accountable for supervising the clinical operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab. Must ensure that optimal schedules, staffing levels, and payroll outcomes are in affect and are based upon census, acuity and budget. Must incorporate differences into the provision of care and integrate knowledge, skills and experiences meet the needs of patients and families with an awareness of cost containment and time management. This individual will train, evaluate and supervise staff in carrying out departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Will be responsible for other management related functions. Minimum requirements: 5 years recent Cath Lab experience as a Staff Nurse Current CA nursing licensure in good standing Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong verbal & written communication skills Must have crrent ACLS, BLS, and RCIS Preferred candidates will have recent management or nursing educator experience B.S.N. completion Mercy Medical Center Redding is a 266-bed hospital offering the most comprehensive health services in the north state, providing acute care and a full range of special programs to a six-county region.
